  Purchased a whirlpool range about 5 months ago and began to have issues with the electronics. Whirlpool said that it would be covered and an appliance company (pillowmans) would come look at it. After whirlpool scheduled an appointment for them to come out they never showed up. When I called pillowmans to ask where they were the lady had no answer and was very unfriendly. A few days later again they were supposed to come to our house but refused over the phone to give us any sort of idea of when they would arrive- this time the lady on the phone was very rude. After calling whirlpool and explaining what happened they told us the would replace the stove to avoid Pillowmans. I have idea how they stay in business and would never recommend them.
